Description: Years ago, I ran into a YouTube video that uses mathematics to prove that Noahs flood could not have happened, and it made me ask “What if everything I’ve believed about the flood is wrong?” We’ll take a look at this video and see why there’s nothing to be afraid of. This is a fun introduction to rubber-meets-the-road apologetics that demonstrates how to think critically, how to spot logical fallacies, and the dangers of not looking up scriptures that others quote.
Speaker: Dan Kreft, the Seven-Foot Apologist, is a teacher, speaker, and author of the three-volume book, Jesus Is Not the Answer to Every Sunday School Question. He holds a degree in electrical engineering from Northwestern University, played professional basketball for three years, and is a recovering software engineer of twenty-two years. In addition to his own ministry, Dan also serves on the board of directors for the Apologetics Forum of Snohomish County, and is an adjunct teacher for Creation Training Initiative. Dan lives in Bothell, WA with his wife Adair, four kids, a dog, some cats, and a flock of aging chickens. He is also quite fond of Oreo® cookies and Lucky Charms®.
